36. Section 32 notwithstanding, the Régie is not required to call a meeting of the parties to the pension plans if, as at the date mentioned in the aforementioned section, the overall degree of solvency determined in accordance with the second paragraph of section 33 is at least equal to the overall target degree of solvency at that same date.
